I do automotive retail and wholesale. Thought this might make you both laugh.
Customer goes into a well know automotive retail store. (true story) Customer ask for 8 ar45 Autolite spark plugs, clerk ask what do they fit. Customer says what does it matter I want 8 ar45 autolite sparkplugs, clerk says I can't look them up unless I know what they fit? You don't have to look them up, I already gave you the part number. But my register won't let me sell you the parts until I look them up.
It's every where, want some fun, go to mcdonalds and order and not use a number and speak english.
