How often shoud I lube the wheels on my trailer. Its been 6-7 years, but in that period the trailer has gone less than 20 miles total, just once a year to drop the boat in and once to take it out. Can I do it myself with a grease gun?

That length of time, if it was me and I am saying if it was me, I would replace and pack the bearings. Bearing Buddies would be a plus.
