Lanier is on fire again and I thought I'd post a pic from yesterday. I've been using two rods, a topwater and a spoon, for the most part over the last week. Water temp is holding in the high 50's to low 60's, about 60 midlake is the median morning temp. Schooling fish are just about everywhere bait is marked on the graph. We've been averaging 40-60 fish days on these schoolies with the better fish eating big topwaters or at the bottom of the schools on a spoon. If y'all get a chance over the long holiday weekend, a day on Lanier won't be regretted!
