Anybody know what happened to Rob? Looks to me like he broke down or something, it's not like him to zero in any tournament?

A zero doesnt mean broke down either. Could be he decided to let em go instead of stressing them for the weigh-in.

And if he isnt fishing the whole series he may have dumped them.

Mini, they launched out of Platsburg. That is a long run and if its windy it can be a really rough one.



I have done that run once from the inland sea side in Vermont and i will never do it again :wacko:. The wind can kick up there from flat calm to 30+ without warning and if your down in TI you dont even notice the wind building until its too late then its like a washing machine on the way back.

In talking to Rob, he said that he dumped his fish, he knew that he didn't have enough weight for a check, he didn't run south as the winds were out and he felt with his boat being smaller then a 20' it wasn't a wise thing to do..
