My apologies to All at the Rally.....

In conversations with a couple of good Freinds on the board the last few days, I was made aware of some mistakes I had made during the Rally.....



I got testy. I got controlling. I got down right nasty a couple of times.



I apologize.



No excuses, but I hope you will all understand I was physically, mentally and emotionally exhausted. Between the Rally and projects that had come to a head at work that last week, I was running the entire weekend on not much more than nervous energy.



Assuming that I am given the priviledge of chairing next year's Rally I will take steps to avoid it such as delegating much more of the responsibility.
