Moving most recent email answers to the top

Got a question and wonder if any of you would like to see the following. I am not saying anything against this site for I turn this site the very first thing and read every message. What I am wondering is if anyone responds to a topic, could that topic be moved to the top of the page. This would allow people to see if a past message had any responses - instead of searching one or two pages to see if anyone responded to a question? I know I did not explain this very good but I think most of you will know what I am talking about.

If you scroll down to the bottom of the page you can set your preference to view topics with the most recent replies first or by newest topic.
