Boat Safety Inspection

Time to take the boat for a Safety Inspection by Coast Guard or Auxiliary Coast Guard. Less time for on water inspections and port side sticker lets them know that I care. Usually they just give a wave by and say Have a Nice Day.

The only way they wont stop you is if you have been noarded by USCG and they give you a copy (yellow copy) of the report.



The sticker the Coast Gaurd Aux gives you means nothing.

I know that, but at random checks I get a large number of wave byes.
