When I tilt my motor up it will slowly drop down. Cannot see any fluid leaking. Every once in a while I have to add fluid. Have checked the pressure release valve, tight. Could there be air in the system or is fluid bypassing the seals? Has anyone ever rebuilt the cylinders?
