Spare Cover

Picked up the new ride today and my 750 came out perfect!!! Anyway, I ordered a spare tire cover, 13" for the boat through BPS and its like trying to get on a pair of pants from high school. Does anyone know where I'm going wrong here and how I can get the right size? Thanks

Warmer temperatures help and (believe it or not) a hair dryer stretch before hand on a well protected (Navy Shine or similar protectant) tire will usually slide it into place.
