Sea Foam, Sta-Bil, or both?

I was wondering if Sea Foam will do the same job as Sta- Bil as far as treating the fuel for the winter months or if I should put some Sta-Bil in with the Sea Foam? My boat will stay in my heated garage all winter but I still like to treat the fuel so I have one less thing to worry about in the spring.

I have used, at my mechanic's suggestion, SeaFoam for a number of years... I am pleased with its performance. I do not add StaBil as SeaFoam is also a stabilizer
