Prop Vent Plugs

Why would someone remove the Vent Plug(s) on their prop? Thanks, Sean

it allows the prop to vent exhaust out thru the holes, makes for a tunable hole shot.

Prop should spin up to 3500-4000 rpm @ hole shot, Has NO effect @ WOT.

So if I get on plane pretty quickly as I seem to be doing, I should just leave the plugs in? Thanks, Sean
