On board charger install

I bought a Promariner Prosport 20 3 bank charger for my 06 Nitro 189 Sport, where is the best place to mount the charger unit. I am thinking of installing it on the left side on the "shelf" under the back storage lid. Does anyone have it mounted there? Any other suggestions?

Mount where it has plenty of air circulation and will not overheat.

Thats where i have mine mounted. Just make sure that you are able to put the tray back in. I had to make an adjustment because of that.

Mine is mounted "on floor" inside passenger side storage. You have to pull out storage compartment liner and it is mounted toward front of boat very near the wall which would be the fiberglass backing that passenger seat mounts on. Have a 19.5 ,1999 , 896 Savage nitro.Good location in my opinion.
