I made the final moves to replace my 9.9 with a 25HP Mercury today. I found it funny that four different dealers in my area wouldn't return my e-mails and in one case repeated phone calls while I was shopping. In any event, BPS in Baltimore had originally priced me a 2003 leftover. I guess they sold them all out because they are offering me a 2004 at the same price. Anyone have any experience with their service department?

i have had my boat there twice for work and have been really happy with the work and service. I would take it back next time for service.
