Help with new trolling motor plug

I just got a new Motor Guide trolling motor. I was in the process of transferring the old plug to the new motor when I dropped it and it fell apart. I put it back together but I don't know which leads the black and red wires go on. I have a 24 volt system and the plug is Marinco 12-24 or 24-36V DC. Thanks in advance for helping an electrically challenged fisherman out. Chris F.:lol:
