Bob,

I am working on with the impeller kit and I assume that there are alot of extra parts in the kit for different motors. I don't see any place for the different o-rings and rubber washers. Also when applying the gasket sealer do I put between all layers: lower unit/flex gasket/metal gasket/flex gasket/top water pump housing? Hope that is clear. Chris F. 2003 200EFI.

VERY light skim coat on all gasketed surfaces...

No, it isn't, but I use it to "make sure" the seal is as good as it gets......
