Last weekend I receieved a flyer from BPS on their Memorial Day Sale. Here in Charlotte (not sure if the same ad ran everywhere), they had their BPS Pro SE Combo's marked down from $139.95, to $69.95 with an IM-8 Rod. Supposed to be a special purchase, with no phone or internet orders.
Since I lost one of my combo's several weeks ago (like in 60' deep lost), I wanted to replace it and potentially get two additional. So I got there on Thursday mid-afternoon (first day of sale), and sure enough - they only had about 10-12 there to purchase.
I got 2 7' MH combo's, and one 6' 6" one (no more 7' combo's available). I used them for the first time this weekend. Man, they are really nice. Seemed to be smoother than the XPS Extreme combo's that I have.
Looking forward to their first tourney tryout this Saturday.
