2019 Z18 Ultrex Heading Sensor

I recently bought a brand new z18 with the Ultrex trolling motor, but the jog feature doesn't seem to be working.

Do you guys know if the boat should have come with the Minn Kota heading sensor installed?

if so, do you know where it would be installed?

Remember that heading sensor should be powered with an on /off swith somewhere, otherwise it draws current continueously. It just needs to be mounted out of a step path. Access to power may guide you to a location that will minimize the techincal issues.

Problem resolved.

I found the heading sensor at the rear of the boat, near the outboard motor. The problem was that heading sensor and the trolling motor had not been paired via bluetooth yet. once I paired the heading sensor and the calibrated it (with the doing 2 circles), then the spotlock jog feature started working fine.
