Where did you get the transom mount ladder? That is exactly what I for my Pro Guide V16. My boat has the same Transom and I need it mounted on that side.
I was lucky enough to find one at an auction house for about $100 cdn. including shipping. I see they have them at Boat Outfitters but they are pretty expensive on their website. Best to shop around for a better price.

Back at it
Welded all of the holes and cracks again on the bottom side
Sanded it all again
Washed it down with acetone
Made some fiberglass patches for over the welds
Put 2 coats of West system g/flex 650 epoxy over the entire bottom of the hull
Letting it cure for a few days before I start sanding it again

Bottom all sanded out
Painted the bottom with Epifanes yacht paint...1 coat epoxy primer and 2 coats of 2 part urethane dark grey colour #821
Let it cure for a week and flipped the boat back over onto the trailer and back in the shop now

Great job. The boat looks like new.

Primed the bare aluminum first with Epifanes wash primer and then epoxy primer, sanded with 220 grit and then finished with 2 coats of the same Epifanes 2 part polyurethane...colour light grey #811
Those paint fumes are wicked...can finally start putting it back together in a few weeks after deer season

No... powder coating chips easily and loses its adhesion over time on aluminum boats

Consoles completed and reassembled ready for installation...new 3/4"marine plywood floor panels with spar varnish on the underside...predrilled and ready for new vinyl this week...all new carpeting finished on all of the miscellaneous pieces now
