New owner here! Seams like a stupid question but here goes. Should the back drain (lower center transom and its open to the battery fuel tank area) have a plug in it or is it made to stay open? I believe the other 2 holes on each side (plumbed) are for the live well inlet and drain.
 
Yes the center hole(lowest of the three) should have the boat plug in it. The other two with black plastic fittings are open and must stay open for the livewell functions.
 
That center hole will fill your boat pretty fast if you don't plug it! :D It cost me a camera that got flooded when I forgot my plug once. It is a 1" opening, get the plug that has a T handle that you tighten after it is in place. That is the most secure type.
