You should find a paired set (pink and black) in the bow harness.

I have the same set up on a 2009 V18, and use a 19" Spitfire. It has great acceleration and does not blow out on turns. Top end remains at 46 gps.

I get 45 -46 gps out of mine. I went to a 19" Spitfire prop, and, although the top end did not change much, the acceleration is much quicker.

You will need the ipilot link. I have a Terrova, but I have a Lowrance HDS system, so I'm not able to use the ilink. By purchasing the US2 adapter, the 552 will work up front.

I would consider a Spitfire prop. It is not stainless, but is a 4 blade prop made for aluminum boats. Same top end, but GREAT acceleration. Randy

Sounds like the speedo hose.

It is not an overheating problem, but one of a dry water pump impeller. It just takes a few seconds to damage the impeller without water.

I would keep the unit intact. The brains are in the head, but the steering motor, etc. all live in the base.

Under some conditions, my livewell will fill faster than the overflow will let water out. Drifting with the wind at my stern will assure an overflow condition if I do not monitor water intake.
