Hello from Missouri.

Got my 901 back from my dealer last week from some minor service work.

Went fishing yesterday for the first time since I got it back (and hooked into my first HUGE bass <grins>) and found that my trim indicator doesn't work.

Assume its something electrical. Is there anything you folks would suggest checking before I have to haul it 60 miles back to the dealer?

Appreciate any help in advance.

It's probably just not connected back at the motor.....I'm not sure what color the wires are, but Bob will probably chime in and tell you what to look for,.....I doubt it's a major issue,...sounds like it was just just left unconnected,.......those are easy to fix,.....

It's a brown wire with a white tracer. Is the motor an Opti? If so, there are a couple of brown/white wires, they could be crossed. What kind of service did you have done?

I had lost my transducer and power to my fish finder.

The motor is a 200EFI.

Can you give me an idea on where to look for this brown wire? Under the engine cowling?
