stainless vs alum

I am searching for a new prop for my 60hp merc. What are the adv vs disandvantages of stainless vs alum.

You would gain little by going to SS on a 60 hp. SS is meant more for bigger outboards. Less flex equates to better transfer of power to the prop. Better bite, and top end. But as Bob said NO give!

Its a 1996 pro team 175. My current prop has a slight bend in one of it blades, and there all pretty nicked up. I have not noticed much loss at top end, 41mph on gps with 2 people full load. I am going to get a new prop and add a hydrofoil in a week or so.
