The speedometer isnt working on my Tracker 185. Wwhere do I start?

Start by checking for debris in the pickup tube.

In addition to what Bruce said, check to make sure the pick up is all the way down (sounds obvious, I know, but when mine is acting up, that's usually the first culprit). Then check to make sure the tube is connected securely at both ends (at pickup and the speedo under the dash (although that's typically self-evident when water drips down).
