Bought a new tracker. Third seat will not fit into holder. Checked all seats and they are all really snug. Can I just sand them or file them till they fit ?

I would try to spray with silicone first and see if that makes it easier to get in.

Don't sand/file ANYTHING on a new boat-make the dealer make it right. You'll have plenty of time to "adjust" things on your own after the warranty runs out!
