I'm wondering about the seating capacity. The tag says 5 persons/6?? pounds.
How do you seat 5 in a 3 seat boat, legally ? I know there are the front and rear seats, but you're not supposed to ride there, correct.
Is lit legale/safe to have someone sitting on the front deck with there feet in the bottom? I'm talking about slower running, not trolling, but lets say 20mph or less.
I would put the kids in the seats and the wife up front. Or maybe just have the 9year old boy sit on the floor.
