Posting Pictures on the Message Board

Greetings All...

I'm sure there has been a post in the past on this topic, but I need to ask again---

Is there a way to post a picture on the Message Board without linking to a webpage??? I don't have a website and was wondering if I could attach a .jpg picture somehow???

Just dying to post the picture of my 10 year-old's Tournament winning bass...

For some reason I'm having problems uploading files to my ISP. The picture above is one that's already on my page that I uploaded about a month ago. It's getting late now but I'll try again tomorrow.
