Need a little help

I have contacted Humminbird about my 128 not showing depth or speed when running on plane over 25mph. They were very nice about sending additional information on placement and angle of transducer. Everything looks right but still having problems. Has anyone else had this problem and found a way to correct? Thanks in advance.

I had the same problem with mine when I got it last year, all I had to do was loosen the screws and move the transducer down about 1/2 inch so it kept in contact with the water when running at WOT (for me that was about 30 mph). I know another few folks had to move the location. Where is it located specifically and did the dealer install it?
