I called CS and was told electronically that I was in 19th place to talk to a rep and to leave a number and would be called back in order. That was 2 days ago.

There is a guy from Humminbird that posts here from time to time. The Lowrance guy hangs out over on the bash fishing homepage on the electronics board. His name on that board is Todd Driscoll. He may hang out over on the bbc as well but im not sure since i dont have much reason to go on the Lowrance board any more......
