Fishing Strip Mines

Returning to A Western Illinois favorite place Tomorrow to fish a Flooded Strip Mine... Depths to 60 Feet, Extremely Clear, and LOTS I mean LOTS of Tall Standing Timber. Quick Dropoffs, Mainly Deep Areas Scattered Weedbeds and Easily Spooked Fish. Typically I get those BASS on Plastics during the Day and Spinnerbaits during low light. Any of you guys have any clear deep water advice??

I have fished Banner Marsh before and had some luck with scum frogs. Where were you going, somewhere private? Let me know if you did any good, I could use some tips for strip mines.
