Charlie is going through what I have gone through in the past. You get mad about something, and then more stuff piles on, and you just get madder and madder about it.

Well, here goes. When it comes to Bass Pro in Dallas, if you need fishing stuff, talk to Scott. He's a team lead at the reel counter. He's a nice guy, knows his stuff, and can talk to you about fishing without you wanting to find an excuse to "get away". His people skills are great, his knowledge is great. He isn't "empowered" to do anything for anyone, but he knows the guidelines for returns, etc and will work within them any way he can. Some things, he does have to go through the dept manager for, and doesn't always win. BUT, he's a stand-up guy.

There are others there that are also very good at what they do, but some of it is truly "hit or miss" with other people there.
