Alarm and check engine

Hi

I was out with the boat using the side finder idling around After about 15 minutes the alarm beeps once and my smart craft gauges say check engine. it says everything is okay. Does anyone have a guess what this could be? The smart craft manual does not list this as an alarm.Water psi was 1.6 but the gauges said it was "ok". The rpms were about 650. thanks. will the motor remember what the alarm will be? thanks

The PCM will remember the fault.....chances are nothing more than low voltage.
