I have a 2020 Z19 that I was looking inside of the console and I noticed a 5 pin connection on main fuse board like other Nema 2000 devices use. What would this supply to my Lowrance network if I connected it?

If the NMEA2000 backbone is connected to the outboard data harness, you can have engine data displayed on the unit. Also if there is a Point1 GPS/Heading sensor, that is the connection to the display.

My NMEA2000 backbone is connected to the back of console 12” but I thought I had to have a mercury Nema box to get engine data. Or is that port just basic instrument cluster type information?
