Wanted Left Hand Rotation TM Prop for Thruster

I recently purchased a 95 180TF with a Mercury R30 Thruster trowling motor. The prop is in rough shape and rotates to the left instead of to the right. Mercury is not making these props. I would like to purchase one or two of these props if anyone has any.

Is the motor supposed to spin backwards or are the positive and negative wires reversed?
