Great day to work on the boat. I installed the new Spitfire prop, added a battery and new charger and installed brakes on the trailer. The brake install was very simple. Tie Down Engineering has a kit that includes everything - prepacked bearings in the new hubs, all fittings, even new lug nuts. While disassembling my old hubs, I found that they were made by Tie Down. Everything fit like it was made for the trailer. I was going to take pictures, but things went so smoothly that I never got around to it. The hardest part was fishing the brake line thru the frame, but I wanted a clean install so I spent the extra time. I would highly recommend this kit if anyone wants to add brakes. It was 399 from Overton's with free shipping.

Now to put it in the water.
