Well guys I'm having a problem with my tilt and trim on my 2005 90 hp merc 2 stroke. First of all on my outing last week when I try and lower the unit it stops before going all the way down after a careful inspection I notice that a bar is blocking it from going down, and that bar is coming from the tilt and trim motor well it's connected horizontally to the bar coming vertically from the tilt motor and it seems that a screw has wiggled loose or something causing that bar to come out and now I have got the trilobe pin from bass pro and need to know how to install it! Can anyone help me please?
