I'm in the process of removing the middle seat cushion to make a step to get to the back deck. Any ideas as to where I can get some thick rubber tread for this? I'm going to cut a board and fix the rubber to it. Or any other recommendations.

Thanks,

Eric

I have no idea what the word replecemeny is....crazy auto-correct....

You might try and get non skid plastic or a non skid material made for stepping on. rubber tends to wear and can turn your carpet black over time. just an fyi

Thanks, Marty and Greg.......I have some marine carpet, and never thought about the black coming off the rubber over time.

You're welcome. I took my seat out and left the hole. I took it out because backseaters couldn't easily step over the seat on to the deck. It's pretty easy to step up without the seat. As age creeeps up, I expect I'll need to add a wooden, carpet covered step.
