Salt Spring Run Boat Ramp - Closed?!

Does anybody know what is going on with the Boat Ramp/Park at Salt Spring Run on Lake George? I went there this past November and it was marked closed. You were not even allowed to drive into the park. I can't find any information on the Web and the few BASS pals I have don't know what's going on either.

Bill, last year they were discussing closing it due to the manatee's and boat traffic. I since have moved away, that was the last thing I had heard.
