Will 7' rods fit in the rod locker of a 1997 Nitro 700LX?

It is a dual console if it makes a difference.

I have a 1998 640 and can put 7'0" rods in the locker on the passenger side. As long as it's single console you should be able to fit them

I have a 1998 700 LX and carry 21 total rods in the rodlocker with 9 of these being 7 ft long.

I have a 2001 700LX dual console and the locker on the passenger side (I believe the driver side is the same) fits my 7' rods.

Echoing the above, 7'ers will fit both boxes. You'll note the tips curving slightly at the bow, but they'll fit just fine, single or dual console. Good luck!
