Can't imagine anything better than 1/2 of that fish, fileted, smothered in K-Paul's "Blackened Redfish" seasoning,..in a hot cast iron frying pan,....the ONLY thing in the world that could top that, would be to have the late, great cajun chef Justin Wilson prepare it for me,..sayin'..."Bill,..Lemme tellya what I'm a gonna did!"
