Prop to Pad Suggestion!???

Looking for a recomendation for my prop to pad measurements.



I run a 17ft Tracker PT 175 (2003) with a 60HP Merc 4 stroke EFI Bigfoot. Can anybody estimate what a good prop to pad measurement would be?



I'm having some porpoising issues and wondering if my motor is too low...

I don't think that boat has a pad. I would put cavitation plate level with the bottom and see what happens
