I purchased the Bass Pro xps 10/10 in September of 2010 and until last weekend it had worked great. Plugged her up after returning from the lake and nothing worked. Checked all fuses and items that it was possible for me to test. Called the service number today and they informed me they no longer service that model. They have now introduced the next XPS-I chargers. I told him it was under warranty and I had a receipt to prove the purchase date. He told:D me to return it to them at Promariner with a copy of the receipt and they would ship me the new XPS-I to replace the older model. Man I like a company that does it right!!
