If you read my response to John's post about his problem, please follow up with my message titled "To all CS Reps". I hope I did not mislead anyone. My boat is great. Works and runs like a dream. No regrets at all.

When I checked my email, I found the following response to my post from Nathan Long, CS Manager at Tracker.

No matter what your past experience with Tracker, you have to admit that this is outstanding Customer Service, and I hope this is the wave of the future.

boy i wish i had the same thing to say,since dec of last year waiting!and they were given my work# and home#also.but oh well,life sucks,then you go fishing!!
