Made my wife tear up (she's a dual citizen - Canada/US). Well done Canada. Only thing that kind of marred it for me - isn't Greenwood's song in the background the same tune as "God Bless the USA"? Call me biased, but I like the US version better!! :)

Well done Canada. Thank you to all our men and women in uniform (past and present).

I am pleased that Lee Greenwood would make the effort to share that very moving song and adapt the words to our Canadian allies...

I cannot think of anywhere I would want to live except here in the USA, but I know I would feel safe and free in Canada. And, I know that we, both countries, have been inseparable allies and friends for the last century and a half...

I grieve the loss of their soldiers with the same feelings as our own.

I could'nt open the attachment here, but I went to YOu Tube and found it. It was awe inspiring, sad and humbling.

GOD bless America!

I have had the honour to see this in person and its an amazing feeling to see everybody's heart in the same place.

As my friend says " If you dont stand behind our troops please feel free to stand in front of them "

You might like to watch this one as well. We have unbelievable heroes here in Canada as well, men and women accomplishing the unimaginable. I am very proud to serve in the Canadian Forces Fire Marshal's office.
