Looking for help om 2003-175 Optimax problem,motor starts and runs great,after a short time at wot a loud shrilling sound goes off,water pressure at max(30 psi) and no water out of weep hole but motor continues to run great.Come off plane and idle shrill alarm still going off,water pressure at 15 to 20 psi and still no water out of weep hole.Is this overheat alarm,possibe thermostat stuck closed???????What do ya think,boat sat 2 months unused till last week.

I'm betting something built a nest up in your line. I believe there's a motor flush at the bottom of the cowling (just below where the cowling comes off) where you can hook a garden hose to it. Don't over-blow it, but see if the hose will help any. Sometimes reversing the water direction can help.
