Oil Consumption Too HIgh

I have a 1997 Nitro 700LX with a Mercury 75 Hp on it. The motor has oil injection & seems to use too much oil & at times idles rough. Is there an adjustment or anything on these motors?

How much oil are you going through? Rough idling could be from several different things. Spark plugs, wires or dirty fuel system. Even the fuel itself. Use the recommended additives in each tank fillup. Fuel stabilizers and/or cleaners.
