Help!!!

When trailering my boat a few weeks ago, I picked up a few stray "blobs" of axle grease on my cover...
Must have come off an 18-wheeler of something...
It's in 3 different places on the cover.

What works best to take it off without damaging the cover or causing it to lose it's ability to repel water?
(or has the grease already done that?)

thanks all!!!

I don't know what kind of cover you have - but I assume canvas from the way you speak.......

Believe it or not - try WD-40! Or, a dish detergent. If that doesn't work and you really are deserate - lighter fluid.......

If your cover does lose the ability to repel water, you can buy any number of products at Cabela's or Wally World that go on canvass tents to renew their properties.

me!
