Hey gang, I remember a while ago there was discussion about the Machette prop's and kit that contains the tool, nut and pin. I was checking out Al's www.bassboatcentral.com web site and found this tip, I LOVE the idea and it will definetly save me the next time i get my line caught up in the trolling motor prop:
Trolling motor prop pin...how many times have you take your prop off and the pin has fallen out? Put a little silicone glue on it to hold it in place; if you ever need to remove it, it will pull right out.....

I acutally used a small dab of silicone caulk and the pin is nice and snug with the prop off!
