Undoubtedly some real class acts are going to try their skills out on Champlain again. Last I heard lauch site is Peru boat dock on Rte 9 in NY, just south of Plattsburgh. On a map, it's directly east of Valcour island. The weigh in site is what is TBD. It may not be at the Wal-Mart.
