I am replacing the decals on my 06 200 Opti. They are dried out and peeling from sitting out in the Florida sun apparently (bought boat in October and brought it back home to Canada). My question to you fellas is how to safely remove the old decals without damaging cowl. Thanks in advance

I suggest "Goo Gone" citrus based adhesive remover. Works great and won't blemish the painted cowl. Good luck! ;)

Hair dryer or heat gun. When you put your new decals on, put a couple drops of dish washing soap in a cup of water. Wipe the area you plan on putting your decal on with the water. You will be able to slide decal into perfect position, and be able to remove all bubbles. It will seem like the decal won't stick, however give it a few hours in the sun ....it cannot be removed. While putting your new decal on, do so out of the sun. If you need any help, let me know.

Bubby:)
