I'm installing a disc brake kit on my trailer this weekend (it does not have brakes now). Has anyone done this or have any tips?

Wow, that's a pretty big job running lines and all to a trailer that is brakeless. I would assume you have a load pf parts. What are you doing at the coupler? Are they surge or electric? Take pics it would be a great reference post.

I've always been a wrench guy. My friends laughed when I became a school principal while still having my mechanic's certification. I'm getting the tie-down engineering brake kit from Overton's. My trailer has flanges for the caliper mounts,so I need to change my coupler to the actuator, change the hubs to the discs, run some lines and bleed the system. I'll document the process the assist others in the future.
